The resurgent Phillies improved to 15-4 since interim manager Don Mattingly took over, and they also shot over the .500 mark, at 24-23, for the first time since April 7 as Philadelphia beat the Pittsburgh Pirates 6-0, completing a three-game sweep Sunday.
